Athletes Making News on Twitter:
It seems like not 5 minutes pass between news about weird/strange/stupid athlete posts. To couneract this, Texas Tech football coach Mike Leach is BANNING Twitter for all of his players. This comes in response to LB Marion Williams asking why he has to stay in a meeting room waiting for a tardy Coach Leach. Also, OL Brandon Carter was suspended indefinitely for posting on his twitter account after a diappointing loss to UH.
In related news, it seems there is an air apparent to Mike Vick and his dog fighting business. Marquis Daniels of the Boston Celtics made a tweet alluding to a dog he is trying to sell, saying that “she’s a prize fighter.”
